PRIMARY

Matches to be played by the end of February. In each Area the qualifiers for the Final Congress will be:
(1) the team with most Game Points (ties split on matches). This team is Area Champion.
(2) the team with most Match Points (ties split on games).
One place only, if the same team qualifies on both counts. Dead-heats for either place will be resolved as directed by the League Organiser.
     Further places may be offered at the Organiser's discretion.
